🔄 Return Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange if:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Tags and packaging are intact.
- The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is not listed under non-returnable items (e.g., innerwear like panties, boxers, briefs due to hygiene reasons unless defective or damaged).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Panties, briefs, and boxers (unless delivered damaged or defective)
- Opened packs of undergarments
- Customized or discounted products
Return Process
- Initiate Request:
Email us at support@cojey.in or use the Contact Us page with your order details and reason for return. - Review & Approval:
Our support team will review your request within 48 hours and share return instructions. - Pickup/Shipping:
If eligible, a pickup will be arranged (wherever serviceable). If not, you may need to courier the product to our address. - Quality Check:
Once received, the item will go through a quality inspection. - Refund or Exchange:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Exchanges will be shipped within 2–4 business days after item verification.

- Refunds are only processed for prepaid orders.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will initiate a store credit or bank transfer after confirmation.
